Shipping

Although we have some jewelry ready to ship, most pieces are handmade to order. Most orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. $7.00 flat rate USPS Ground Advantage shipping per order. Shipping can take 2-5 business days to arrive. Please select USPS Priority Mail for faster delivery. Both USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail include up to $100 insurance.

We are not responsible for lost or missing packages, or packages delivered to the incorrect address. Please check to ensure your address is correct when placing your order. Cindy Borders Jewelry is not responsible for USPS shipping delays which are beyond our control. You may track your package with the tracking number provided in the shipping fulfillment email we send you when your order ships.

Local customers may pick up your orders for no charge. NOTE: Please text us after you place your order at 502-376-9979 to arrange pick up day, time and location.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of receipt. Please send an email to cindy@cindybordersjewelry.com to initiate the return/exchange within this time period. Jewelry must have original tags attached, be unworn, and in resellable condition. Custom orders and sales items are final and not eligible for exchange or return.

Repairs

We offer free repairs on any jewelry purchased within 30 days. After that time, repairs will incur a fee that is individually based. For a lost earring in a set, we will do our best to match it and will charge for a half pair. Please email us at cindy@cindyborderjewelry.com to request repairs or lost earring replacement.

Jewelry Care

Please do not store your jewelry in or around paper, including paper boxes, cotton batting inside boxes, tags and/or cards. Paper contains acid and interacts unfavorably with metals.

Apply lotions, perfumes and hairspray before you put on your jewelry.

Do not shower, swim, or sleep in your jewelry.

Store your jewelry flat. Storing items in sealed plastic bags will protect them and decreases oxidation of metals.

Please note: our signature Circle Earrings and many of our hoop earrings are hand formed. They must be handled and stored with care to avoid damage.
