Shipping

Many of our pieces are handmade to order, while some jewelry is ready to ship. Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

We offer $5 flat-rate USPS Ground Advantage shipping on all orders. Once your order ships, USPS delivery typically takes an additional 2–5 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order is on its way.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Cindy Borders Jewelry is not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to an incorrect address, or for USPS delays that are beyond our control.

Local Pickup

Local customers may choose free local pickup at checkout.

After placing your order, please text 502-376-9979 to arrange a pickup day, time, and location.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewelry. If something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of delivery.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email cindy@cindybordersjewelry.com within 10 days of delivery. Jewelry must be unworn, in resellable condition, and have all original tags attached.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: Custom orders and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Repairs

We offer free repairs on any jewelry purchased within 30 days. After that time, repairs will incur a fee that is individually based. For a lost earring in a set, we will do our best to match it and will charge for a half pair. Please email us at cindy@cindyborderjewelry.com to request repairs or lost earring replacement.

Jewelry Care

With a little care, your jewelry can be enjoyed for years to come. Here are a few simple ways to keep your pieces looking their best:

  • Put your jewelry on last. Apply lotions, perfume, and hairspray before putting on your jewelry.

  • Keep your jewelry dry and free from inadvertent damage. Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping.

  • Store your jewelry flat. When not wearing your jewelry, store it flat in a sealed plastic bag to help protect the metals and reduce oxidation.

  • Avoid storing your jewelry with paper. Please do not store your jewelry in or around paper, including paper boxes, cotton batting, tags, or cards. Paper contains acids that can interact unfavorably with metals.

A Note About Hand-Formed Designs

Our signature Circle Earrings are hand-formed and should be handled and stored with care to help maintain their original shape. Avoid bending or putting pressure on these designs when wearing, storing, or traveling with them.
