Shipping

Orders will be processed and shipped in 3-5 business days for in stock items. If an item is out of stock and can not be restocked, you will be notified and your purchase will be refunded. $7.00 flat rate shipping per order. If you prefer an in-store pick up, select "flat shipping rate" at checkout. We will contact you when your order is ready.


Returns &
Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt. Please send us an email at cindy@cindybordersjewelry.com to initiate the return/exchange within this time period. Jewelry must have original tags attached, be unworn and in resalable condition.  Custom orders and sales items are final sale.


Repairs

We offer free repairs on any jewelry purchased within 30 days. After that time, repairs will incur a fee that is individually based. For a lost earring in a set, we will do our best to match it and will charge for 1/2 pair.


Jewelry
Care

Please do not store your jewelry in or around paper. This includes paper boxes, cotton batting inside boxes, tags and/or cards. Paper contains acid and interacts unfavorably with metals.

Apply lotions, perfumes and hairspray before you put on your jewelry.

Do not shower or swim in your jewelry.

Store your jewelry flat. Storing items in plastic bags will protect them and decreases the oxidation of metals.
