  • Yes! We offer digital gift cards in $25 increments. Purchasing a digital gift card creates a unique code. The gift card recipient can enter this code at checkout to subtract the gift card value from the order total. Click here to purchase.

    Gift cards have no expiration date and are non-refundable. Discount codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

  • We take pride in the materials we use for our jewelry designs. Our main materials are 14 karat gold-filled and sterling silver. These metals ensure high quality and durability. We also offer designs that incorporate both silver and gold plating, creating a unique and versatile look.

    To adorn our designs, we use a variety of pearls and gemstones. We use both natural and dyed gemstones, allowing you to choose the perfect color to complement your style. Our pearl selection includes both freshwater and Tahitian pearls, adding a touch of modern elegance to our designs.

    We believe the materials we use are just as important as the design itself. By using high-quality metals, gemstones, and pearls, we create jewelry that is not only beautiful, but also long-lasting.

  • In order to maintain the quality and appearance of your jewelry, we recommend the following:

    • Please do not store your jewelry in or around paper. This includes paper boxes, cotton batting inside boxes, tags and/or cards. Paper contains acid and interacts unfavorably with metals.

    • Apply lotions, perfumes and hairspray before you put on your jewelry.

    • Do not shower, swim, exercise or sleep in your jewelry.

    • Store your jewelry flat. Hanging jewelry places extra stress on the item and makes it prone to breakage.

    • Store jewelry in a clean, dry environment. Storing jewelry in sealed plastic bags further protects them and decreases the oxidation of metals.

    Please note: our signature Circle Earrings and many of our hoop earrings are hand-formed. They must be handled and stored with care to avoid damage.

  • Yes! For a lost earring in a set, we will do our best to match it and will charge for a half pair. You must mail us the single earring so we can match it in our studio. If we either no longer have access to the particular gemstone or pearl or cannot adequately match it, we will replace both to complete the pair. There will be a slight upcharge if this is necessary.   • We offer free repairs on any jewelry purchased within 30 days. After that time, repairs will incur a fee that is individually based. Please fill out the form on our contact page or email us at cindy@cindybordersjewelry.com to place a repair request. Please include details and a picture so we can properly evaluate the requested repair.

  • We are happy to enclose a card with your gift. Simply fill out the card enclosure form at checkout. Be sure it is correct with no typos or emojis.

    We do not offer gift wrapping but do enclose the order in tissue paper and a sticker with our logo.
